Dav Utd have been thrown out of the NFA Junior Cup after playing Ian Waldock in their tie against Northants Combination 1st Division side Wootton St. George. Waldock had previously played in the NFA Senior Cup for Woodford United against Brackley Town, giving away a penalty. Wooton St. George have been reinstated in the competition and will play against Kislingbury in round 3.

I think Daventry United would have been favourites after knocking out previous favourites Daventry Town. Competition looks very open now.
